HOA President's Power Play - Messing the Complaining Neighbor to Shut Her Up

My neighbor is so annoying. She’s always complaining about every little thing I do. She even thinks I’m checking on her because she found a telescope in my house, but I’m the president of the HOA, and she has no idea how much power I actually have. I’ve found out that she’s our guidelines multiple times, and I could kick her out of our neighborhood with just one phone call. If she wants to stay in her house, she’ll need to figure out a way to get on my good side, and I know exactly what I want in return: to grab her massive her until her attitude disappears. I'll pound her so hard she won't have any energy left to complain and if she tries to challenge me, I'll shove my hard in her mouth.
